const CardWindow: <T>(props) => ReactElement<any, string | JSXElementConstructor<any>>

Renders the cards of data that fall in the rows filling its scroll container, plus overScanPx above and below. The ref receives the scroll container element.

The element around CardWindow needs a height, because CardWindow fills it and scrolls inside it. Without one, CardWindow renders every card, and a development build warns once.
